Need all the help I can get on this tuning problem

Alright here is the deal first I will list all the specs.

Engine

eagle rods
ross 8.5:1 pistons
o-ringed block
arp head studs
arp main bolts
mitsu metal head gasket
rebuilt head (complete rebuild)

Supporting mods

MBC
580cc injectors
190 fuel pump
EVO Manifold
Hard intake pipe
EVO Mas
SAFC
SBR FMIC street kit (just installed and is the main problem in question)

Turbo

EVO MHI turbo
3in VRS turbo back exhaust
2.5-3in tubular O2 housing

Thats about for it mods, now for the problem.

I was having problems with my side mount (or so I thought) I put down around 245 at 15psi, but after one pull put down 230 or so. That was on the side mount. So I thought I needed a FMIC so did the place I took it to. So I get a FMIC and install it. Now it makes the same power (245HP) at 18psi and no more. Now the place I took it to thinks it's the FMIC, but we all know SBR cores is just fine for a EVO 3 even a 50trim so I'm trying to figure out why it won't make any more power.
The engine has 170-175 across the board. The cooling system is in great shape. There are NO boost leaks. There seems to be no knock, all though I myself have not seen the log, I had it done while I was in school.

Now we know this setup should put down around 280-300AWHP at 18-20psi so I'm trying to figure out why it's not. I need everyones help as to were to go next. I will get thew safc settings and post them.

If all the above is fine could my probelm be in my trans or diff or rear diff or clutch..Oh I also have a 2100ACT installed, could the clutch be slipping? It has 8000 to in fact all this has 8000 on it. But about 4000-5000 miles have been highway miles. And I change mt oil 2500-3000 with mobil 1 10w-40 and only use a mitsu filter. Thanks for any help.

It was ignition timing. Base timing was 2 degrees instead of 5 degrees. But it still only made 270AWHP at 20psi. I wanted 300hp but my car is a pos nightmare, I give up.

Do you have a logger?

If so post a log.

If not, PM me and I'll toss mine on there and get this straightened out with you.

Could be leaking boost too if you just did the FMIC.

Also, some airflow numbers would be great. That way we can see if there was an actual change from the 15 to 18psi increase.

what kind of dyno was this on...if it was on a mustang dyno you may already have the answer to your problem.
