I am still waiting on my WB, so I cannot offer personal experience. My buddy has his WB in his FD and logs with his PowerFC. He also owns a DSM. He tells me that people rushed out to get WB's to find all this new power. Basically, to run leaner induces knock and pulls timing. Unless you are running a standalone and can control knock/spark advance, you usually have to tune to for knock on pump gas. Try to lean it out to the "correct" number and it knocks.
If it wasn't for the knock, that 11.5:1 is a good number. I might tend more towards 11.0:1 at WOT, but as long as EGT's are good, I would stick with it. But, you are knocking and getting timing pulled. Unless something else is up with your motor, richen it up and try again.
