Drove to work perfect, started car after work and check engine light?

yea so i drove my car to work today, and it drove perfect, i go to start my car when i get out and within 5seconds of starting my car my check engine light pops on and i look at my egt and its completey red which means its rich as hell, along with ideling very poorly, jumping from 500 to 1000rpms and back and fourth, i try to drive it , barelly moves, boggs down like crazy, but if i wot for a few seconds , sometimes it will take off nicely, but 99% of the drive home it ran like crap, i gotta hook a laptop up to it tomorow and see what the check engine light is for first

I would check the basics first, MAF plug, CAS plug, spark plugs, wires. But the datalogger will definitely help.
