injectors maybe?

about 2-3 months ago my transmission blew up and i had just gotten around to fixin it now due to my liscence being suspended i replace the trans and all drivetrain parts...now the motor is only firing 2 cylinders 3 and 4... 1 and 2 will not ignite... the coil pack is giving spark threw the wires to the plug wall... strongly... and the spark plugs are brand new... anyone have any ideas...i keep hearing a sound similar to a spark jumping bout a half inch but cannt find a spark...i also ran a compression test and got about 150 from all cylinders im thinking this could possibly be a injector not firing...can i get some responce please

swap injectors and see if then the other cylinders arent firing

i put the 1 and 2 injectors in 3 and 4 and now 1 and 2 fire... just the opposite... is there anyway i can do a self test to see if the injectors are pulsing or somewhere i could send um...is there anyway injectors just go bad...thanks for the help
