Edmonton,
Well all ive been doing all night is reading on these forums about people and maft problems. Well here's mine... Ive been trying desperately to tune my car for the past few weeks. At 10 psi the car runs good ( well good for 10 psi) but the second i turn it up to 15 i cant do anything with it. I dont get it, a friend of mine is using his palm and logging, and it seems like no matter how much we change things on the translator it still runs like crap, like normal driving is okay, but at wot it just bogs out. Its terrible. Also sometimes at 10 psi, if i just rip wot in second it will sometimes run awesome, but then i will rip again 10 seconds later and it bogs out at wot. Any definite signs of what this can be?? Please help, im boggled.
Edit: And i know its not my GM mas cause mine is descrened and we swapped it out with another one with a screen and its doing the exact same thing. I am gonna be replacing my plugs tommorow bpr7es. i have 6's in right now. and i noticed when i took them out to check them today three of them were kinda loose almost, like it didnt take much at all to take them out. any unput please :sosad:

sounds like you found your problem. I would guess the spark plugs werent tight enough.

although that could cause a problem, it sounds like that would cause more of an inconsistant problem.

to the op... let us know if this fixes it.

Havent changed anything yet, but i do have bpr6ey's in right now, and even after tightning them it still acts the same way. Btw dont yell at me, but my spark plugs and wires are like 2 years old, my spark plug wires are the yellow ones... accel i think, cant remember off hand. Anyways i wonder if i should change these too. But could this really be a spark problem with all this, and not a fuel problem? it ran at 15-16 psi last year without the front mount and stuff. also, im using 94 octane, and last year without the front mount the best we had here was 91.

doesnt that seem inconsistant to you. Anyway try putting new wires in and see if that changes anything. Also what is a BPR6EY? I use the BPR7ES and when I was running lower boost I used the BPR6ES plugs.

PLUGS AND WIRES!!! I CANT BELIEVE IT! I put in new bpr7es's and ngk 8.5mm plugs. runs like a machine now. if you are reading this.... Have you changed your plugs and wires lately? haha
