I Need Some Help >>>bad

hey guys, i need some answers

i have a 97 gst spyder T04B v-trim 550cc injecters, fuel pump, SAFC , wideband controller, and so on, my car was great untill last weekend when it started running rediculously lean, so what i did to save my engine was fatten up my fuel slope on my SAFC so i could get it home and now my wide bands all over the place one minute its running good at idle and the next its extreemly rich then it flys over to really lean and the performance in lost. any idea whats happeneing???? and the week prior to that when the engine is cold and i start it to warm it up it will tap then the tap will go away and come back again...and after that fuel problem the tap is louder and lasts longer i need answers

2G-specific scenerios?

should i replace my valves and all? maybe an ECU problem, the car also stalls often when the clutch is pressed while coming to a stop or slowing down and sometimes when accelerating, ....bad air flow meter? what could be some remedies for my nightmares?

Take a logger and and see what your o2 volts are at. 50% of the time people don't check there o2 sensors because they think that they last as long as the car. Check this first, the volts should fluctuate between .01 and .09, that is normal. Also have you done anything to your car recently, added any parts did any maintenance?
