Air/Fuel Ratio

I have a dyno sheet I scaned just recently. I was curious what would cause a near stock car to run that rich.

The 2nd dyno run in Red the A/F Meter Broke thats why its showing different.

Everything is fine on the engine but the EGR and Idle Control. ( replacing those this week )
I don't believe those would make my car run that rich. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes don't be alarmed. This is quite normal.

Ours cars come from the factory at about 9.5/1.
