i just installed a coil on plug setup...
(slowboy racing)
car runs great...
i was just told if i do not installed a ign box
i will burn up the ecu...
has any body heard any thing about this...

thanks keith

Not sure who said this, but its incorrect information. The COP will work just fine with the stock ignition system and ecu.

Drive it on :thumb:

i was told i needed the igniator(transistor)
but you remove the old coil pack and igniator(trassistor)
still ok....

thanks keith

Yes, you still need to use the factory transitor (ignitor) pack with the COP, it only replaces the factory coil.
