Nova,
ok, I am wondering if having 510cc injectors and nothing to control them with (yet) is what is causing the car to want to stall. Whenever I let the clutch out the car will stall (reguardless of RPM) unless I slip the clutch until I am going ~ 15 MPH. Then I can go ahead and stand on the gas and let the clutch all the way out, even then, the RPMs will go on down to like 1500 and I put the pedal to the floor and it slowly climbs up to ~4500 when the car will spool on up and cook the tires real nice :)

I would describe this by saying: It is like I am driving the car starting in third gear. get it?

BTW: the turbo is a small 16G. I still have stock exhaust and I just replaced the O2.

Yup, bigger injectors and nothing to control them will make the car run rich. How big are the stock injectors on that car? Has the MAF been modded in any way? What kind of MAF comes with the Colt? If it's anything like the 1G MAF I'd start by removing the lower honeycomb and backing out the plastic screw buried in the base of the lower tunnel thats covered in silicone, then see how good that makes it run. It still won't be as good as actual fuel control, like the Apex SAFC, etc., but it might make it driveable.

everything is converted. I did an engine swap to a 4G63 turbo. I have a 1990 ECU and a 1G MAS.

It just seems ridiculous though, the thing falls on its face just from going from 450s to 510s, well I guess I will just go and do the mas mods and see if it helps.

or convert to 2g mas then you dont need a fuel controller (runs 18% leaner) then you dont have to worry about mas overrun (any mitsu 1995-1999 or 3s mas are all the same.) good luck
