I've heard of Monkey Wrench Racing. I don't have personal knowledge of their reputation though. You could call them, and ask if they have any experience w/ safc tuning. http://monkeywrenchracing.com/services.html

I'm in Livonia and might be able to help you out. Do you have a wideband or a logger? If not I have a wideband that we could install to tune your car. Is that mod list in your profile up to date?
