2G safc sensor chk

Could someone with a 2G check their SAFC and go to etc, then sensor check, There is IN:1, IN:2 and THR%.
And see what the IN:2 voltage shows with the key in the start position not running and then also with the car running.

I am trying to diagnose a no-start and this is something that maybe related.

#2 reading is the O2 reading if you hook up the blue wire on the AFC. It is not related to what you are trying to diagnose.

Yea I know it'll read O2, but the blue wire isn't even hooked up.
HMM?

Mine reads .22 when its not running. It bounces around alot.

Thanks I have finally figured out this thing. BTW: my 1G bouces around also at a very low number. No blue wire mod on it.
