Fuel Pressure Regulator

How hard is it to install a fuel pressure regulator on a non turbo eclipse.where exactly does it go?Approximately how much should a mechanic charge for this job.or could this be done be a non experienced person.

that should be a fairly easy swap. disconnect the fuel pump, crank the engine a couple times, swap the regulator, and reconnect the lines and pump. it would probably take a good mechanic less than half an hour
