I recently just bought a datalogger after rebuilding my engine, so that i could tune it a little more efficiently. Here are some portions of logs that i took at 15psi with my safc at 0% in Hi Th.
rpm: 1812 INJP: 3.58 ms Knock:0 TPS:19.1% injd:
4.6% tima:29 deg O2F: 2.91 V

about 2 secs later:

Also i was getting a test code of my MAFS and Ignition Coil.
 
your lean at wot. richen it up. it's that simple, see if the knock goes down.

BTW: next time, we don't need to see your battery and all that other crap.

Just put tima, knock, rpm, that is good enough...i also like to see the tps cuz a lot of people don't floor it and the tps will show if you are all the way open or not.
 
I richened it up 25% at Hi Th and it still does the same thing, I also tried to richen it by 5%s and it still didnt work. I have noticed thought that my 02 sensor voltage is way off the charts, so i dont know if that is sending a weird signal to the ecu making it advance the timing, which is making it knock?? I am clueless. I cant even give it full throttle without it stuttering and bogging. Any help will be appreciated.
 
You may be running too rich and it is knocking. I, and many others have had this experience. I kept richening it up and the knock went up and it ran like crap. I leaned it out and that is what it was, the car ran like a champ. I was way way rich. After leaning it out, the knock went away and the car pulled how it should have in the first place. By the symtoms you are listing, this is what is seems too be.

BTW: What is your O2v hangin out at. My O2v is way off too. I just tune for 0 knock though and don't care what my O2v is.

1. check timing again (be sure to ground the ecu)

2. what is your fuel pressure? Keep it at stock 38psi w/ line off.

3. Try leaning it out from your original starting point.

Your timing advance just seems too low for that much knock at that high of rpm points. seems to me that being rich might be the problem.

BTW: My fuel trims low is at 100.7%, my mid is at 137.9%, and my high is at 118.7%.
I am still getting 0 knock counts through a 3rd gear pull on my 50 trim at 24psi. I am still in the process of leaning it out even more to get some more power. I've went 3 clicks leaner on my base knob on my translator and also have my wot knob maxed out to the lean side. Still no knock. I have went way leaner then my starting point of where was bogging down and getting knock. I was running really rich and this is what cured my problem and another thing. I was getting about the same knock count as you too at wot, around 40-45 counts when i was running rich.
 
My 02 sensor is showing 3.49V which is really weird, so I bought another one, just because I have never changed it. But I agree, all I am tuning for is 0 knock. But I will try leaning it out and see if that helps. Also, I did a boost leak test, and found out that my tb shaft seals were leaking again, so i replaced those, but haven't been able to boost to see if it helped. Thanks for the help, and I'll keep you posted.
 
@ 100% throttle & 15psi you should see more than "injd: 63.2%" on your stock injectors.

I would replace this 02 sensor immediately. Reset your settings to 0% correction and begin tuning from there.
 
Ok, Update on the knock probs. I replaced the 02 sensor, and then did a second boost leak test, only to find that my tb shaft seals were leaking AGAIN. After replacing them 2 days before. So now im thinking that maybe my throttle body is so warped that it cannot seal, so right now i am trying to find a newer/used tb. I found alot on trader, and tuners, but have heard that 1gNT tb's hold up better because they were not exposed to the pressure of a turbo tb. Let me know what u guys think. I can get one from some guy for like 30 bucks with all sensors so i figured i'd give it a shot. By the way, this will be the third tb i am replacing.
My only concern with the 1gNT tb is that it does not have an elbow, so i dont know if my UIP will be able to reach it. I would just go with a used turbo tb, and 2 g elbow, but for some reason all the turbo tb that are for sale, are around $60 with a 2g elbow being around $30.
