keep breaking o rings inside injectors

Hey guys,
about a month ago i put a new (bigger, obviously) turbo in my car with a front mount and 3" exhaust. Also, i put in a bigger fuel pump and 550 cc injectors. My car was running fine for 2 weeks, then last week i was pulling into my driveway and i got a huge whiff of gasoline. i left the car running and popped the hood and i could see fuel spilling out around the edges of the fuel rail. I turned the car off and looked, and the rubber o rings on two of my injectors were broken. i replaced all the o rings, and my car ran fine for about 3 days, until the same thing happened again. I did have a boost leak at the intercooler, and i didnt know if the two were related. Anyway, i want to know what i'm doing wrong because o reeeeally want to be able to drive my car without it catching on fire...

maybe they kept getting over-tightened and cracked, then after a few days, the fuel pressure makes the cracks worse and breaks them.

thats my thought.....

Also use motor oil on the o-rings to lube them when putting them in. But don't use too much thou.

my rail did the same thing when i put new rings in. i'd say use the motor oil trick, and take the rail off the line from the filter so you can insert the whole assembly straight into the injector holes. i ended up pinching the rings from trying to put the rail on while still connected to the line.
