injector problem

I have a 2g with a hrc s20g and all suporting mods walbro 225. vpc, gcc, 550cc inj., fmic, bla bla bla. when I run anything over 10lbs of boost my car coughs and my egts drop to around 200-400 deg F. however when I dump injector cleaner in (texco stuff) I can run up to 25 lbs boost no problem egts around 900 a\f ratio rich and everything runs fine. I am lost I have replaced every thing on the car that I thought was wrong atleast once and dont know what is wrong. any help is appreciated.

Do you have anyway to datalog?

Might try having your injectors professionally cleaned. You may be able to find a local shop who can do this. I found a diesel injector servicing place that knew how to clean the injectors cheap. If not, pull the injectors out and look at the screen on top of the injectors (at the rail). Might be clogged up or something. You can order new filters for injectors. Should be pretty cheap. Easy to remove and install too.

Also, check the impedance of the injectors while they are out and make sure they all are close. Should be ~4Ohms or so.

That's all I can think of if you've changed the fuel filter already. Might take the feed line off the rail and see that you're getting good flow up to the rail. It should flow like a MOFO so be ready to catch a lot of fuel. Never know tho, you may have a kinked line or loose fitting somewhere.

I'm taking shots in the dark for things you may not have tried yet, so don't hold me to any of this.

I did fail to mention that the next tank of gass after it ws running good took it right back to running bad again this time a little worse I can only run abotu 7-8 lbs of boost now. I am gogin to try some of the mopar combustion chamber cleaner and see if it helps I have a feeling its either the injects or the valves. thanks
