Pocketlogger

So for me to do any tuning whatsoever with my pocket logger i need some sort of AFC??

Yes, as the name implied, it's just a logger. With an air flow converter (AFC), you can change the % of air going into the ECU and effective trick the ECU into seeing more/less air than actual. For instance if your MAS is reading 1500hz of air at 3krpm, if your AFC setting is -10% at 3k, the ECU will see only 1350hz (1500-150) instead of 1500hz airflow going into the ECU.

so can i use 720cc injector and afc with 14B(stock turbo) ?

Good luck with that. 720's are 62.5% larger than 450's. AFC only allows you to take out 50% fuel. Get a 2G MAS and it COULD be done. Still won't make any power, as you won't be able to lean the car out enough on race gas. Just upgrade injectors when you upgrade a turbo. 450's have gone 12's easily.

why would you need 720's with a 14B?
if anything you only need to upgrade to 550's. did you already get 720's?

Actually your AFC setting should be around the ballpark of -37.5% on pump gas. On race gas, you may have a problem not able to lean it out enough.

Like you said, I wont go with 720cc injectors with a 14B.
