The kid who owned it before has all the paper work but he's in airforce and is currently over seas so it's a little hard to get the paper work

Paperwork, is probably gonna be a must if you are really wanting to get asking price, its not out of the question at all very clean car, and if mods list is true nicely built car, but for modded cars of anykind people who know there stuff are gonna want paperwork, I say that on eBay with a action reserve at 3500 would sell quick.
