Mitsubishi Day Sept. 21 at Etown

Anybody planning on going this year? We had a good turnout last year.

As usual, it's also the big mitsu/evo vs wrx/sti event too.

I'm still not certain if I'm going, but it's very likely

In the past we've met at the East Brunswick Mall, this year, I know guys from NJTuners are planning on meeting at the walmart in old bridge

I always love seeing the nt, but I can't wait to see some times out of the turbo. I want to see what you can do with near twice the power

I can promise you that Boost Boyz & Girlz will be there. So anyone that was at the 1st annual Northeast meet will finally get to see the car. It should be retuned and ready to go by then.

Never heard of it? Any details to this? To me it sounds like a local miniature shoot out. Car show early and then run an 1/8 mile at the track. Everything is like half sized lol.

^it's not an 1/8th I think they're just saying it's open. It is kind of a miniature shootout, I'd say probably around a few hundred cars or so but that's a complete and utter guess. As for details, there's not much to tell. It's not the buschur shootout, but a lot of cars show up. There's a bunch of pics from last years here:

Turnout last year wasn't great cause of the rain but you'll see people from CT, NY, Delaware, PA, Maryland, etc. I have a bunch of pics/video on my comp I never uploaded

How busy does it get? I always hear horror stories about how crowded it is to get into etown during mitsu day.

It does get pretty busy. Not horrible but personally I'd rather go there to watch than to run. It's so expensive to run and if it does get busy you might not get more than a couple runs in. I don't even think I'm going to make it now, I got an offer to go to a road course event and it's one or the other

I meant as far as traffic getting to etown. My poor Thelma can't sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic like the rest of you guys
