Pinks All Out in E-Town racetrack

Today i find out that January 7-th of 2008 Pinks All Out are coming to E-town.So i decided to post over here,and see whose gonna go there))

Those events are usually all day gigs. Probably need to show up before 9am, and they go well into the evening.

Why would they schedule an east coast track in the dead of winter???? If there are any high horsepower cars there, the chances of a crash happening because of traction issues (cold track) become much higher. To me, this is just dumb.

How does one get in? How much to run? I'd like to try to get on the show... Grante they usaully pick 10 second cars... maybe they'll do a high 11/ 12 second group.

FONZ454 is probably right, All the HIGH hp cars will most likely be all over the track therefor lower times will be picked. I went to PINKS all out in the summer...It was the BEST time I had in a while. Its an all day event and they have lots of stuff going on ALL DAY long.

i recommend any and all DSMs that have a chance to race to do it for the fun, exposer and REPPIN THE 4CYLINDER BABY. fonZ454...you should definetly race, with all the v8 have trouble hookin up on the cold track gives you a lil advantage. not to mention in Tucson the class was 12.5
