Ok, Well I just Printed out the form online to handle nitrous

Do you have to be a certain age?

im 18 so i dont think age is problem.

Second Theres a spot that says Full name and address of place of purchase

Does that mean write where im gonna get the Nitrous Filled at? or where i bought the kit from or what?

How long does it usually take to get the permit?

It might be for those who intend to sell, but it wouldn't surprise me if we needed it to get a bottle filled. jersey sucks so much ass it's not even funny. We can't buy/use fireworks, can't pass inspection with a loud/modified exhaust, which is determined solely by the person doing the inspection, if they don't like it they fail you no decibel reading, nothing. The list goes on I pretend the horse isall the politicians in Jersey

Yah, You need a permit to Posess Nitrous, Because i bought a nitrous kit a few months ago, installed it in my car, bla bla i went to get it filled, the guy asked me if i had a permit, then he told me i had to go online and print out the form send in $25 dollars and a copy of my liscense.
