hey i'm from city island in the bronx. If you come to the island there are some races here over the summer. Cops sometimes break it up but it isnt too hard to get away, there are 2 major highways and stuff and usaully i just say i have no idea what is going on since the past couple of times my car looked stock enough that i got away with it. haha
