fisrt engine start should i use a breakin turbo

my question is should i throw on a used turbo to break the engine in, cause i have a gtk-500 im putting on, i dont wanna take a chance in ruining it, or will i be ok to put it on a run it from the first start. not my first engine build but my first expensive turbo going on
