Alright im looking for some guidence here on my winter project. I want to build a stroker 2.4 ? out of a 4g64 just to help simplfy a couple of things. I dont plan on spinning any higher then 7000 shift is usually around 6500 so i want a good solid low end motor.

I'll run my e16g for now, i plan on picking up DKS cams 264/272 combo and ssautochrome intercooler kit. i want to max out the 16g then move to a 20g setup. I'm also thinking of keep the CR around 9:1

questions are can i run my 2g head? also do i have to get the kiggly kit or will my tranny bolt up?

You will pin those cams, get a set of cams that are stroker specific, The FP3s would be perfect>>>>http://linux.forcedperformance.net/...de=FP&Product_Code=FPCamInt&Category_Code=DSM. Seriously dont even through the 16G on there, just sell it if you already have it, and get something biger, the lowest I would go is 20G, 50 trim, 60-1. Those witha set of FP 3 cams will be fully spooled by 4k. People use GT30s, and 35s, on the strokers and they spool nicely as well. Not sure if the trans will bolt up to it since your using a 4g64 block, and same goes for the 2g head. I would imagine that they would bolt right up, because no one would by that kit if they had to get a different head and trans just to get.1l more of displacement, when they could use a 4g64 crank, 5.900" rods, and 2.3L stroker pistons.
