where the hell do you get 1g turbo short blocks. I've been to the junkyards like a dozen times and every Mitsubishi is picked clean. I was going to buy from karking off ebay but all they offer is the long block and I have a built head with 264/272. I'm in Arizona so do I have to go to cali to get parts. Any advice would be appreciated

Thanks in advance
Chris

theres alot of ppl looking. but online i'd say dsmtrader.com or the classifieds on tuners is your best bet for a stock block.

Get a non-turbo 4g63 block, they're everywhere and dirt cheap. The only difference is the lack of oil squirters. Last time I checked (last Wed.) the junkyard on 56th ave just south of Ray has 3 n/t 6 bolt blocks and every Wed. is half off day.:thumb:

It's getting a little harder to find 6-bolts in the junkyard that for sure but rarely would they be worth using as-is anyhow. If a stock motor is what your looking for I'm sure we can work something out that will be affordable. What killed the engine you currently have?

I have a 6 bolt block in my garage. $60 give me a call 602-578-0558
The block has crank, rods, and piston, front cover, ect!!

I basically blew all my oil out of a cracked oil filter i thought my oil pressure gauge was broken. I was going about 100 on the 101 rushing to work and didn't pay it any mind and now it's in my garage.

check engine light doesnt work?

my system was rigged up so that I paid attention to the gauges and I didn't and I was rushing and didn't pay it any mind it turns red and beeps but I thought it was broken because i had gotten work done at mitsubshi

I have one in my garage right now if anybody wants it. Complete with crank , rods , pistons fron cover, ect. 602-578-0558

I got a full long block for 300 dollars from msrecycling from a running awd talon
