need help 420A

95 RS starts easy. runs good until it warms up all the way. then its starts reving its self up to 3500-4000 rmps and it will drop too to 500 rpms. and it wont let you give it no gas after that. rebuilt upper half and a brand new TPS.

Sounds like you're leaking vacuum check head gasket and the intake manifold gasket Did you use new head bolts and tighten the as specified
