does anyone know of a good dsm tuner that knows what they are doing that lives in knoxville, tn or surrounding areas? My 96 eclipse gsx started this funny winding sound when i rev the engine and it feels like its redlined at like 2-3k rpms. really odd. I was going to go to racing innovations but my buddy took his rx7 there and they burned his car to the ground! Any help locating someone would be very much appreciated.. thanks a lot!
