Boca Meet

Hey all, just wanted to let all the South Floridians know that there is a Boca Raton car meet every Monday night. So come out when you can, it doesn't look like its going to end soon. Cops there don't really hastle you for just hanging out, so don't be afraid of that. We had one instance tonight with a STi. The STi was speeding and got caught , but he thought he could lose the cops by hiding in the crowd of cars. Cops came in, wrote the ticket and then left without bugging anyone else. I'd like to see more DSMs out there next Monday. We meet at the Duncan Donuts on Glades and 441(St. Road 7). Its in the Home Depot plaza if this helps more. If you think you'll have problems finding the place just PM me. Cars start to gather there around 9:00 -to- 9:30 p.m. Best time I've noticed is around 10:00 though. Hope to see some of you out there!

Glad to say that the DSM population is increasing. I still would like to see more out there. The meet is steadily increasing in size, so come out, chill and make new friends.

not to sound like a total noob... but i just got a dsm (dirt cheap) has some problems, and live in boca... was wondering if this is strictly hardcore dsmers or if u would allow a noob like me to join in and get some pointers/help.

How long have these meets been going on?! I live in Plantation, so I try to go to Towers whenever I can, but my girlfriend lives in Boca, and she usually makes sure I'm at her house throughout the week.
If I would've known you guys were meeting up, I would've been there every Monday. What kind of cars are there? Just DSMs or others too?

There are quite a few Hondas, but I wouldn't say mostly Hondas... A lot of SRT-4s. Probably an equal amount of Mustangs (V6s, GTs, Machs, and Cobras). Occasionally you'll get a few Vipers. A nice new Silver C6 ZO6. But this past monday I was surprised.. There were a few DSMs. My GSX, a convertible GST.. I saw a 1G, also. There were at least 3-4 2Gs total, though.

Screw that. I'll go once when I get home just to check it out, but... ew, Hondas?

I think I'll stick to Towers and Club DSM if that's the case. Maybe I can scare some ricers with my BOV on the way home.

That's cool. I'm coming home in about a week, then again in early April, and again finally in late May for the summer.
