belt allignment

hey guys so ive rebuild my motor and when i put it back the first time the belt tenstioner was put wrong and belt was loose ,running bad , now i took it of and fixd the belt tenstioner and now the belt its perfect but i was trying to allign my timming and i did it wrong i know that the under puuley has a mark on top to allign it , but i havent seen on the the cams any one please help i heard that their like hole on the cames that are suppose to be up or some thing ima open the top and check tommorow and try to fix it thx for all the help
