This valve cover was powdercoated by Justin Mahoney (Detective Coatings) in September 2010. I installed it in April 2011 after I added my own personal touch to it and ran it until May 2012. The valve cover has zero cracks and the powdercoat has held up well to the heat cycles and exposure to oil, coolant, etc. throughout the year. The baffles have been removed and the PCV port has been tapped for a 3/8" NPT x 1/2" male barbed fitting to run a -8AN catch can setup.
The valve cover is powdercoated fire engine red, the letters are powdercoated black, and the spark plug valley is PAINTED with high temp BBQ black.
$75.00 firm picked up.
To get an idea of what it looks like under the hood.
Thanks for looking!
