Machine Shop

Anyone here know of a machine shop that does excellent work that doesn't charge too much, and at the same time knows how to align bore/align hone, deck, and hot tank blocks? Specializing in DSM's is a plus. thanks

do you know how much it would cost to do a 5-angle valve job, align hone, align bore, hot tank, decking the block, and cleaning the block with installating oem valvetrain, and aftermarket cams and cam gears. do you also have a phone #

Im sure a call to them would answer all your other questions. I talked to him on the phone for about 30 mins and he really sounds like he knows what hes talking about and he sounds like he knows DSMs. Im probably going to have him do my machine work and build. Im sure some people will mention RRE but all the times Ive talked with them they have been real dicks and they are pretty pricey.

Umm you are mixing up your posts.

The one at the desk up against the window to the parking lot, not the other Robert in the room... lol

They moved Honda Roberts desk he isn't by the window anymore he is back in an office on the other side of the receptionist. Not that it matters.

Also RRE is a great shop but they don't do heavy machine work there anyway. If you give something to them to get machined they just send it out to another shop that has all the equipment.
