CMI North vs South (Sept 30)

CMI is coming up and it should be a good one. North vs South.

For those unfamiliar with CMI, it's basically an import drag racing even that has happened for the last 7 years...at least thats as long as i have been going. anyways...seeing as it's North vs South, I was wondering if any of you socal guys were going to come up. NORCAL DSM vs SOCAL DSM. Lets do it.

So it looks like no one races in SoCal.

Well just to let you guys know, me and a group of friends will be bringing out about 10 cars to this event. All DSMs and EVOs. Everyone of which is capable of 10s or 9s. It would be a fun event if any of you guys wanted to go up.

Think it's more of that nobody down here wants to drive six hours, when we have regular track days down here already. Hell, we'd probably sooner roll to Vegas. More to do there, after all, and a shorter ride.

Oct 24 looks to be the next California Speedway street legals race day, missed the September one. There's a thread up on LADSM.com covering the next CSSL day and a list of who's going to be showing up... couple others for other events down here, like get-togethers at Dromo, or if anyone feels like meeting up at Irwindale to screw around on their eighth strip.
