Iam think since MOD 07 is about 2 months away lets fit a meet in between that?? Would this be a big enough notice?? I want your opinions and if you think it will work we will all decide on a place to cruise, bbq, chill what ever lets get some feed back

Here's how you do a meet:
"There is going to be a meet on XX-XX, everyone show up."
Over-talking them always winds up with, "Well, I could do Sunday, but not Saturday, I could do 3 but not 10, I could...."

Just set it up and do it.
