Hay Guys I thin'k I may build a Stealth N/A Bomber body stock with exception of the stock Carbon Fiber :sneaky:

Also most visual parts under the hood will be stock and any that's changed WILL have a CARB number but it may or may not pass smog gonna try like hell to keep the smog down lots of computor mock ups blue printing etc... very though testing I'll soon have access to extra money.

And since I may end up moving out of this corrupt crime ridden hell hole anyway since all the cops got time to do is chase us car owners down :notgood:

My question is if after all I may spend on internal mods then I get it tail pipe tested off the record and find that it just won't pass can I then drive back in the SO Cal area from time to time with out of State taggs w/o getting pulled over like I stole my own car?

I was told by a woman at CARB they must respect the laws of the out of state registerd car in other words if Texas allows you to have a Non CARB approved part on your car there is nothing California can do:thumb:

Any advice or first hand knowledge will be helpful Thnx :thumb:

If your a Cali resident then you are breaking the law having out of state tags on your car, wether its for tax reasons (most of the time it is) or any other reason.

If your not a Cali resident and you visit time to time then your call to the CARB is probalby correct.

Technically you have 20 days to register your car.... what they dont know wont hurt them... they have to prove you have lived here for more then 20 days and that you arent just visiting... Dont sweat it until you get pulled over. Where are you planning on registering the car? Where do you actually live? CARB sticker stuff is a safe bet.
