Anyone interested in a karting meet at Dromo 1?

Nothing is set up yet, I'm just guaging interest in some SoCal DSMers going to Dromo 1 together. They run indoor gas karts, and they are cool with people racing so its pretty fun

how much does it cost, where is this place at, and how long are the sessions?

Per person, its $20 for a 12 minute qualifying and 15 minute race. Its in Orange County, big orange building on Main st.

Isn't it $25 for the weekends? If you can get like 10 people to go you can reserve a whole race so we can all race at once.

Hey sorry I was on the road for a bit.

I'm gonna call them up now that I'm home and see what kind of group rates and arrangements they offer. I'll get back to you all on it tomorrow (its 10 pm right now).

Yeah if its just 4 or 5, its not worth a group rate or anything. If there's larger interest we could set something up, otherwise it would just be a few of us...nothing wrong with that, but we'd be paying the full $20/race.

If you want to do this next week (weekday better, weekends would be too crowded), just say the word. How's Tuesday sound?
