Alright people, finally came down to Surprise and have settled down somewhat and am looking for other DSM'ers in the area. Where do people usually meet up? How is the street racing scene out here? *please don't prejudge me when I say "street raing"*..thanks.

ps. im starting UTI on the 27th.

Welcome.

The two major DSM communities in the Phoenix metro area are the DSM_SW Yahoo group (can be found through DSM.org) and az2gnt.net. There are turbo and NT members in both communities and there's always something going on.

Your best bet to get more info on this subject here at Tuners is to post in the Communities forums. Arizona stuff is in the SW section.

DSM_SW has weekly meets at the In-And-Out at Ray Rd and the 101 in Chandler. It's on the east side and quite the drive from Avondale, but it's there. az2gnt likes to meet on the third weekend of the month. We're (az2ngt) all meeting up at Pavilions this coming Saturday night. We have club space front and center with the local 3G guys. Good chance to meet a good group of locals.

Late.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I heard about the In-&-Out meets in Chandler, and have heard there is something going on off of i-101 and Indian bend or something. Where is this "Pavillion" place?

What day and where are the meets exactly, thanks man.

Brian meant to say the In-N-Out and ray and I-10 not 101.

The in-n-out meets every thursday and the second saturday of every month.

I am a local. In Avondale, and I attend UTI. Youve probably seen my car in the parking lot. What phase are you in? We are heading to the In & Out meet tomorrow night. Roll on down. Take I-10 east all the way to Ray Rd. Turn left at the light. Go straight about a ¼ mile, you'll see us on the left in the In & Out / Lowes parking lot.

Fo' Sho..........

We are all laid back, easily approachable. Just roll to an I&O meet, you'll have to go through initiation though. (typical beat down, 1-2 curb stomps, tires slashed, and dropped in the desert 20 miles from town with no clothes and a quater taped to your chest to call someone) If youre "down" youll come back next week....

For the 2nd step of initiation

So yeah, 45miles later saw spooledgsx98 and Jason (black '97 talon with FLTA-2.) Nice to meet/semi meet you two. There HAS to be something a little more near the northwest area.

Hmmmm....only thing thats possibly a lil more northish is Pavillions on Sat. Take the 101 north all the way to Indian Bend, take a right at the light...then a right at the first light you come to. Youll see a huge parking lot full of all sorts of nice ass cars... Its about 40 mins for me to get there, and im just west of 107 ave, near Dysart.

You shouldve introduced yourself man, I seen your car...that sh!t was pretty hot. That was actually a pretty weak turnout. But nonetheless it was good to see the hommies.

I left about 9:30ish, it was a real weak turn out so I didn't feel like sticking around.
