Ok this is the progress pictures.





And final product








This intercooler was put together by a shop called Speed design.

the price was 750 for the core, piping from turbo to IC, and from IC to stock upper pipelocation. THe upper pipe was i belive 180 somthing i forget really. Its all 2.5" piping and powdercoated black. The stock radiator fans are still inplace. First impresstions, great product and pulls harder than it did with the supra sidemount. It is 24x10x3 and on the install the bumper has to be trimmed and foglights are gone. Also you have to drill one small hole to for the upper suport. Its basicly were the hood latch is though that metal there. So let me know what you think

And thanks for all the complements guys. The engine bay is still a on going process of getting things powdercoated and clean. Still have to do my lower heat sheild that hitemp black so it does not stick out. And i would like to get my fuel rail done too but probably not. Again thanks if you guys need any info on this core and piping send me a PM this kit will soon be avalible.

Hey man, I'm from O'Fallon, IL. Glad to know there's some other DSMers around in the metro area. I didnt know Speeddesign did IC stuff. Cool. You should check out Axis Power Racing ( www.axispowerracing.net )on Grand and their new shop in Belleville (near me). Both their shops have awd dynos. They specialize in WRXs but they do custom DSM stuff too. IC Looks good man.

jake, check out www.gateway.dsm.org local st.louis area dsm club. We are having a dyno day on the 29th at rons place (axis) iv been on that dyno 3 times already and made 272awhp before the fmic. Also speed design normaly does not do IC stuff, but this is there first one they did, they do make IC pipes and what not but now they have this kit they are going to start to make.

as of right now i really dont know. Few people have looked at it and said it looks like a sperco core. But i cant say if it is or is not.

All i did and still are going is getting my stuff powdercoated black. So when you take somthing off you clean it before its gets powdercoated so therefor eventually everything should get clean. And it looks clean but trust me its far from it. The intank manafold is horrid right now. And i need to eliminate some vacume lines to clean up some of the mess but.. other than that i think its alright.
