Saw this talon at a local autox show, and Ive seen him out crusing near my town...Obviously not a DL but its crazy, not sure if its anybodys on this board.

QUICK QUESTION: I never heard of a Talon DL what motor does it have

DL is the good ole 1.8

Its really a 1992 TSi AWD...

Could they maybe have been using a DL body? All the other components could have been swapped over? That or the person who built it slapped the DL sticker on it to fool ricers, then destroy them when they wanted to race? That "DL" sticker is pretty funny if you ask me, with the situation being what it is.:laugh:

yea hes from lancaster i believe, thats where the show was at anyhow, i was only able to talk to his "female" friend about the car

Its funny but who in the right state of mind would say.. oh thats a DL i can take it and NOT relize that it has a roll cage and a fmic?

Why put DL badges on a TSi AWD?

No one even knows what a Talon is anyway, so like they are going know what the difference is between a DL and TSi AWD?

Its a good idea on a Eclipse, put in my opinion its wasted when done on a Talon.

But me and some friends have rode beside him out in town and you can hear it spooling like a mofo....loud BOV too...nobody wanted any of him. not even our GSX...
Im pretty sure hes all about AutoX but when I see him around again I will definately ask him.
