I read nothing in there about an external. Please clarify WTF you are talking about.

From what I have read about boost creep, it is a problem only with internal wastegates (maybe im wrong). Like I said, I have the big 16 with an external wastegate, but still am getting boost creep. I thought that all 16g's had external wastegates. Hope that clarifies WTF im talking about.

Most 16gs don't have external wastegates. Are you sure you have one? Post a pic if you aren't.

Sorry man, you were right. I looked and I guess I do have in internal wastegate, I thought that the gold thing was my wastegate, and that being outside the turbo made me think "external". That is the wastegate actuator though, correct?? OK, new question, why would I only start getting creep after I installed my new bov? Is it possible that my wastegate is fine, but the creep that I see on my gauge is just from my BOV not doing it's job? Thanks

The stock BOV will only handle 14 to 15 psi then it will start leaking. You more than likey had the boost turned up way high but were bleeding off via the BOV. Are you still runing the stock intake pipe? If so check the nipple in the wastgate acuator and insure it is not pinched off by the intake I have seen this before where the car would get a signal then at higher rpm's the motor torques over and kinks the hose going to the wastegate. You can bend the nipple over to ensure that the hose does not get kinked. Just be careful. Also make sure the MBC is installed the right way. This is a MUST!!!
