WOA! That is soooooo sick! I knew GM was going to re-manufacture the Camaro, but damn.

(can't believe i'm saying this) I think its a sexy car.OMG

the main reason why the camaro was discontiued was lack of v6/womem sales because of how hard the car was to get into and manuver..i wonder why they chose to keep it that low to the ground knowing this.

personally, id pimp it though :)

I think it looks a hell of alot better than the ones now.... i like the retro look..... they just need to do something bout the lights... they're ok round but they need to modify them some. But that's just my opinion

Hey, perhaps the new Camaro will have IRS, AWD, DOHC, and two seats. That would push the american performance envelope to new good limits and inspire an old collection of american owners to upgrade their driving style...

that is not offical, I have seen 100s of so called "5th gen camaro" pics, although that pic is very nice, it wont ever see production like that, GM will somehow #### it up.

If GM does bring it back, I hope they don't ####ify it like the montecarlo and impala with fwd and V6. If they bring it back, they better put the 12Bolt rear in, Ls1 standard with Ls6 as an option. Oh and better interior quality,

HELL YEA! I used to be a die hard Camaro lovin guy.. untill the ### 2000 models came out that look like ####ing sports cars not muscle...

now this..... THIS i like.. looks powerfull not like the stupid 2000-02's

but yea... better come with at a minimum a nice 350... be even nicer with a 400BB OMG

but to the guy above i personaly say the LT1 over the LS1... the LS1 just wont take as much abuse in my openion..but then i have never liked aluminum V8's...

but oooo 400BB... stock... then add a supercharger.. (another option that better be there) *drools*

I'd take those wheels most of all, the rest kinda looks ass with those headlights and front grille. It looks like some integra ricer got a hold of an old Mustang and put some sort of modena conversion to it.

I'd like to see other alternatives that they're thinking of for the Camaro, hopefully not FWD V-6 like I keep hearing...

However they chose to make it, if they do in fact make it, rest assured GM won't let it out perform their precious corvette. So the consumers lose again, remember the grand national?

The Ls1 is light years ahead of the Lt1, but to each his own. I do love a 1971 Chevelle SS 454OMG

I'd roll in that.

Leave out awd & I'd say that would all be very cool. A Camaro...at least a real Camaro cannot have awd, There has never been an awd muscle car & there never should be one imho. You couldn't do burnouts & that's an essential part of a true muscle car. But dohc would be cool as long as they don't shrink the engine below a 346ci(*cough*4.6 281ci*cough*Mustang*cough*)as impossible as that is to fathon of a modern carmaker.

Screw Chevy. I'm still pissed at never seeing the mid-engined, aluminum Corvette, nevermind the X-33.

Interesting that now both Ford and Chevy are going to the "we-can't-think-of-anything-new-so-here's-a-rerun--ERRR-Retro-car-for-you" route.

*cough* Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec *cough* Burnouts... Yeah, you can burnout in an AWD, it's just more violent than these guys can handle:

i like it, but I don't. I loved camaros, but the new "retro" look just looks a lil to futuristic. sorta like an unpractical look. Just my opinion. Does that design actualy cut down on aero dynamics apposed to the other models? If so than yay. If it is just for looks. Shove it down the pooper. They can make it look good and be aero dynamic(i.e. 2g.)

I've not liked comaro's since the late 70's body style... but this I can handle if they do a little work on the nose, as long as it isn't long and pointy like the 2000+ ones.

GM will find a way to #### it up, cause thats all they have been doing for the last 50 something years. When they get something right, they kill it.

Examples:
Grand National *turbo 6, that out perform the vette!, cant have that so it was killed*
typhoon/cyclone *ahead of there time. turbo 6 with awd in a truck! * gm killed them
94-96 impala ss *they got it right in the 96 year with the floor shifter, just to kill it*
2000 monte carlo *i actually like the styling, but a v6 fwd?? pass*

Just some examples, there are plenty more.

If gm didnt have there suv's they would be dead.
