Ok, I bought the oem side skirts off eBay, and it turns out that I need clips in order for them to be installed. I called and they said it should be around $60!!! for some clips!!! Anybody know any other place to get theses specific clips for the skirts that would be cheaper? Or some suggestions...

BTW another $100 to get them installed at the local ricer shop! so in all, $160 just to put on the side skirts.

satan is pretty much the only place to get them. there are like 14 on each skirt or something. the clips are about 1.50 each. you dont need all the clips to keep the skirts on though

The same thing happened to one of my friends, we just went to Canadian tire and found something similar. It was like S2.50 CAN for a pack of 5, and they ended up working better than the origanal ones. I don't know what is equivalent to Canadian tire in the US but hope that helps out.

Oh another thing....you guys know about the screws on the bottom of the side skirts that are 4/16 tapping screws...anybody know a place that might have them? I tried Sears and Pep Boys but no luck...I'm gonna try NAPA and Autozone tommorrow...

Or will another size work??? The stores had them in bigger sizes...4/16 is really small, but thats what the guy at the dealership said to use.

just go to home depot or something and get some galvonized screws

and put them on yourself. dont pay some shop 100 bucks to do it

Try here. This is a local Mitsubishi junkyard shop here in Sacramento CA and they usually have everything for our cars. They have an 800 number you can call, they ship nationwide, and comes with warrenty. Gonna get my 14b from them :).

Good luck,
