Well my pod finally came in. I've been waiting over a month for it to come in and finally it did just the other day. First impressions of it, build quality is very good and color matches the black dash i have on my 2g. the pod comes drilled with 2 screws along with black screw covers so it flushes with the pod. this is the REPLACEMENT a-pillar pod, so I had to remove my old a-pillar and drill 2 holes on the pillar. after that install was easy (installing the gauges was another thing). the fit is perfect and does not rattle, shake, come off which i heard a lot of people complain with their pods, but i assume it's because I have mined screwed on the pillar and not just taped.

again, for those looking for a-pillar pods, i highly recommend the lotek ones. i purchased it direct from their site at http://www.gaugepods.com
my only complaint was it took FOREVER to ship. be prepared to wait a month or longer if it isn't in stock. but customer service was great and they answered to my many complaints about the long wait pretty fast.

a lot of thanks to HadesOmega (who posts here and on 2gnt) for helping me with the install. and before people ask, the last pod will be for EGT.

awesome dude i have the dual gauge lotek pod, i got off of ebay, dont forget to mention the little covors for the screws so they dont stand out and make it look ugly, that just snap to the top of the screws...

any one got pics of a tan colored pillar replacement? I'm curious about how the paint of the autometer one matches w/ the rest of the tan interior. How does this one compare to an autometer one?

Dang, I just got a 3 gauge pillar from there, took 3 days for me to get it.

when did you order it? anyone order a 2g one lately?

I ordered mine on Sunday night, I paid by credit card. I received it today, but it was a 1G.

marksae.. i forgot when i ordered it but it took a month to get to me.. i kept on emailing them about it each week and theyt old me it was because the plastic manufacturer was lagging. so im assuming if they dont have it in stock it will take a month.. but if its in stock it shouldnt take more than a week. i guess i just ordered it at the wrong time.

i hate having this two tone interior.. the black matches the black dash perfectly though.. but as you can see it looks a lil weird with the lining being tan.. but hey its two tone damn it! haha
