yeah, well originally, i spun #3 rod bearing somehow:
so, i decided to buy a stage 1 short block from sbr:
i payed this guy that put my girlfriend's motor in her nonturbo 2.0 talon, to pull the old block, and slap the new one on.. turns out this dude was a retard, and doesnt know shit about nothing but domestics. ew... well the ending result was him not putting my instake in correct timing, which in turn caused this:
hey look, there's one of my valves sitting on #1 piston... minor damage to pistons 2-4, and well number one piston
hey, is that my rod??? think that can be welded?

and here's the head, 3 and 4, then 1 and 2
again, minor damages to 2-4, but #1 decided it didnt wanna play nice..... so i am currently rebuilding the old block to sell it, and replacing the pistons, head, exhaust manifold, turbo (which in turn calls for new o2 housing and wastegate) and a nice cleaning of my intake manifold....

i guess i could look at all this and say i got lucky because the valves that broke off didnt damage the cylinder walls or crank at all.
