I was in this websites classifieds and there was a 98 talon I believe and the guy who was selling it wrote this "97-99 engines are free of crank walk issues due to the revision of the oiling system" is this ture or is it a bunch of wishfull thinking? the reason I ask is because I'm wanna sell my gs and get a gsx but don't know if its worth it because of cw, i like the 1g 6bolt cars but I'd prefere a 2g and I don't have any idea which one to go for, its driveing me crazy, but yeah I thought all 7bolts are bad with cw
How difficult is a 6 bolt swap into 2g? with the 1st generation 92 and up, is it a perfect fit? do 1st gen 7 bolts get c/w? are they reliable? and is it possible to make a 92-up front end converion to the 90,91's? well I guess that was more than one question but I figured I'd save space and time and not start another topic. Thanks to everyones input, you guys are awsome, I love DSM's ! there I said it
after some looking arround the popups is what I'm gonna go with. the reason why I asked about the conversion is because my first car was an f body and it had popup light and there was alot of complications. But aside from that could a 4 bolt rear go on a 1ga? would it be any better than the 3bolt? or it dosent really make that much difference?
