Im picking parts for my build.
And im wondering what big turbos not 18 or 20 g's still use the stock o2 bolt pattern or can i get adapters.
Is there a t/3 t/4 flanged turbo that uses a stock 02 housing bolt pattern.
Sorry for all the stupid questions ive been asking but i have never used a turbo that wasnt mitsu flanged

You can get PTE turbo's that still incorporate all mitsu flanged exhaust housings. Like the SCM series turbo's that they offer. Or if you want to go with a t3 flange but have the factory mistu o2 bolt pattern then bullseye makes a exhaust housing that is like that. I am doing this on my hx40 turbo. I have a t3 manifold, but a factory style o2 housing.

Bullseye performance tubine housings can be manufactured for mitsu bolt patterns. PTE aswell.

There will be minor issues w/ all non MHI turbo installs. For my RS60T, the wastegate actuator is much too close to my radiator fan. It makes adjustments near impossible. I can get a 7/16 (11mm) wrench on the nuts but can't turn them but 1/16th of a turn at a time):

Install some slim line fans and you won't have any problems.

since i cant seem to find what im looking for how do i make a 02 housing for these style turbos.
can i buy a flange somewhere and build the rest?
somebody told me the gt35r will fit a stock 5bolt ford turbo o2 housing is that true?If so could i cut the flange off this and fab up the rest huh?

. . . Almost. Oil and water lines will need to be modified/purchased.


You can go to many vendors and get do-it-yourselfer steel flanges that are easier to weld on.

I THINK you can get this through a BEP vendor. . . SBR is one of them.
