This is an install replacing the Fuel Pump with a Walbro 255hp and also making a 6-an connection on the fuel bracket for those of us running 6-an SS line.

I actually broke my fuel line while trying to install my Walbro 255 hp then Gary Burch from HYBRID CONNECTIONS gave me the how to on the fuel bracket.

Here is where i broke my line.

Parts you will use for the fuel pump bracket:

1x 90 degree bulkhead connector -6an

1x bulkhead nut

1x Barb to -6an fitting

6 inches high pressure fuel injection line from local parts store

2x hose clamps

2x nylon crush washers

Step 1.

With a tapered drill bit and from the top start drilling until the fuel line comes completely off.

Grab some sand paper and sand down as much rust as you can and smooth the top off. also go slowly and keep making the hole big enough for your 90 degree bulkhead connector to fit through with ease.

step 2.
Grab your bulkhead connector and put 1 nylon washer on ( i bought a rubber gasket washer too for extra safety).
Slide bulkhead connector into the fuel bracket and secure it down with the nylon washer and nut.

Make sure that you line up the bulk head connector the same way your stock line was.

Connect you Barb to -6an fitting to the bottom of the bulkhead connector and remove the rubber stopper.

Step 3.

Grab your high pressure fuel injection line and two hose clamps.
Size up a piece from the barb to the pump and cut it to fit.

I noticed that when I installed the walbro into the bracket I had a gap in the back being that the walbro is smaller. I grabbed the stock fuel line that I drilled out and placed it behind the pump to line it up with barb. Also I replaced the zip ties that you see here with metal worm clamps after being told that the zip ties will become brittle after a while.

Step 4.

reconnect the positive and negative wires to the pump and back on the bracket where the stock pump wires were. Install back into the tank and connect your 6-an ss line.

Hope this helps, I couldn't put any more pics if not i would have kept going and showed how to install a 6-an fuel line from pump to the rail and an afpr. :)
