I've checked everything, turbo, intercooler hoses ect and my vacuum is at (10) when im around 1000 rpms and when the rpms go lower the vacuum ggoes towards zero on the verge of stalling. I can only boost to 5 psi and it sputters. I've checked everything over and over again. Need help fast!!

edit- oh, my mods are in my profile, maybe something needs to be adjusted?

thanks,
Josh

Wendy's got a point, how exactly?

I recently pulled my motor and removed balance shatfs, it has a buil head with crower cams, 60 trim, blow threw setup, fmic, 660 injectors. I got it to idle smoothly at 1000rpm. Today I re did all the intercooler hoses, boost lines, intake manifold, tb, and turbo. Everything on the car is new, i didnt do a leak test yet. lack of $

Thanks Josh

Anytime work is done to any part of the intake tract a leak test must follow. I find it hard to believe you have money for all those parts but not a $5 Homedepot leak tester. Protect your investment and do a real boost leak test, refrain from wot until then before you over work your turbo.

Ah. So there are more parts to the equation than just a vacuum problem. Sounds like you need a major tuning session from someone who does have a clue.

Did a leak test but no leak, everything holds fine... I also have adj cam gears could one of those be off a lil to cause this?? Does anyone have a setup for the maft tuner box with these mods?? and also the safc, i was adjusting the throttle points its at 40, 90, but this has resulted in no change. I need some tuning advice.

Thanks alot, Josh
