I know, the best one to get is the factory belt(other than the expensive kevlar belts), but my 89 colt gt is due for a change, and I ordered the belt from the dealer, but the guy said that there is only 10 left out there(the factory parts are becoming scarce for these cars). So, I'm seeing what others have used and had good luck with, because I'm a very paranoid person when it comes to the dsms and csms.
 
I've yet to hear an authentic story of a "bad" belt. It's not the sort of product you can set up to start making in a grass hut. The capital needed to get into production kind of dictates that you won't torpedo your own business.

I don't know of they're making a "permanent" belt for your motor, but it's fairly likely.

I know what you are saying, but some companies make better products than others. I would rather use an oem, but thy are running out, i ordered one of the last oem t-belts, but I'm sure they will be gone when it comes time it change it again, by then it will probably have a 4g63 :p .

Do they make one for the 4g61?
