i went to drive my car yesterday and when i started it ran for maybe a second then stalled and wouldn't start after that. I checked to fueses at the battery and the MPI fuse blew. Just wanted to check and see if i should just replace it or check for other problems that would have caused it to blow in the first place.

Solution
i found my problem it was the O2 sensor wiring were they connect the wires were cracked and arking off each other. fixed the wiring and fuse is fine.
replace it. if it blows again, check for other problems. Those are all dedicated fuses, they usually start most of the circuits in the car. Check the wires from the battery and then check the wires from that dedicated fuse box, that has the mpi fuse, to the fuse box that has the fog light fuse and relays and the alt. fuse is on it too. That's the subfusible link box. The wires that run from that box follow down the entire front engine wiring harness, underneath the radiator and into the driverside of the firewall. I wouldn't worry about that yet though. Just check under those two boxes for any burnt or visibly melted wires if the new fuse blows.
