Mechanical problems after bringin my dsm back to life

Ok, my problems consist of both electrical and mechanical stuff, maybe they are linked, I dont know... but just to keep me from getting confused I am going to create different threads for each type of problem

first, it has been 2 yrs or more since my dsm last ran, I just didnt have the knowlege or know-how to fix it as, I am only 16... but it does run now after a fuel pump rewire, walbro 190 pump, and -6 an fuel line from tank to filter then filter to rail...

the electrical side of things has me baffled, the car will only run with one of those jumper boxes attached to it, the battery is new, but just went dead after it sat around a month or so as I was mad at the car haha, but it will not charge the battery at all, the car ran for around 20 min, and as soon as i took the jumper off it dies... im thinking alternator for that part, but I have a new 135 amp alterstart waiting to go in as soon as I get the balls to dive in, and try and change it...

but the weird part is, I have no power to anyhting in the interior except the gauges, the fan doesnt work, the seat belts dont work nothing except the gauges... and just so everyone know, I checked all of my fuses, and they are all good, but jsut to be on the safe side, i installed brand new fuses for everything on the inside of the car

and something that has me worried is, no matter if the key is in or 100 yards away from the car, the rear taillights are on, and so are the side markers (and before someone calls me a dumbass, and tells me to turn off my headlights, that aint it either...i checked) all the doors can be closed, and like I said, the key can be in the car or 100 yds away, and as long as that jumper box is attached those lights will stay on

so, if anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated, because I really dont even know where to start in diagnosing these probelms

then mechanical side of things consists of mainly just a crappy running motor, the idle will hold a consistant rpm, but it misses a little bit, as soon as gas is applied the rpms drop around 1-200 rpm from idle then goes up from there, and through out the whole rpm range it just misses and spudders, it does not backfire, and when you let the gas off, it will go back to idle, it does not die or anything... it just runs crappy for better lack of explanation...

if anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated, as I do not have the know-hot to diagnose and fix these problems all on my own
