Need help installing 1G CAS Edmonds

I'm havin a really hard time getting this CAS in. I cant figure out how to get the Cam and Crank sensors out even. If someone wanted to come give a man some free help i would appreciate it sooo much. Ive read all the write ups too.

It would be helpful if you could post up some pictures of it if you can.
